My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional with our own private sun terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although we needed a plumber and an electrician due to an issue on our end. The service was friendly and polite, especially from Anthony and Marco who helped with pre-arrival enquiries with grace and alacrity. The location was perfect, being very close to Termini Station and tourist attractions, although it could do better in terms of shower cleanliness and breakfast offering. The dining experience was satisfactory for the price, offering a variety of yogurt, toast, cereal, juice, and scrambled eggs. Overall, the facilities were great, making my stay enjoyable.
